I am Second Orchestration
(not included in the All-In-One package)
The parts (pdf's) can be downloaded or shipped on a CD data disk.
This orchestration in similar to, but not exactly what you hear on the recording. For example, there are more brass and sax parts written out for the orchestration that are not on the recording.
For a live performance, try to have at least two guitars if possible, since this musical is country-flavored.
As always, the more players you have, the more full it will sound, but it could be performed live by whatever group you can put together from the list below.
This orchestration is written for:
Piano (same part as in the choral book, but without the vocals)
Synth (playing elec. piano, strings, organ)
2 guitars (electric and acoustic)
Electric Bass
Drum Set
2 Trumpets
2 Trombones
Alto Sax (Same as tpt 2, could be used instead of, or in addition to tpt 2)
Tenor Sax (Same as tbn 1, could be used instead of, or in addition to tbn 1))
Violin
